摘    要:采用45%的乙醇溶液作为浸取液,辅以机械搅拌,主要研究了温度,物料形态,固液比,搅拌桨叶型式对香椿中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。为此在不同水平下对以上几个因素进行了实验,对香椿中的黄酮类化合物进行提取,并用分光光度法测定提取液中总黄酮的含量。探讨了影响香椿中黄酮类化合物提取率的主要因素。

Abstract:The experiment studied the influence of temperature,material type,proportion of solid material and liquid solvent and whisking unit style on the extraction ratio of flavonoid compounds in toona sinensis along with mechanical whisking.A solution of 45% alcohol was used as extraction solvent and the flavonoid compounds content in extracted liquid was measured by spectrophotometer.The paper indicated the main factors which affected the extraction ratio of flavonoid compounds in toona sinensis.
