微型客车乘员约束系统性能分析及改进设计

摘    要:针对某国产微型客车,利用碰撞受害者模拟软件MADYMO建立了该车乘员约束系统前碰撞计算机仿真模型,与试验结果进行了对比验证。通过对安全带和安全气囊等典型约束装置的参数灵敏度分析和优化,给出使得乘员在碰撞过程中所受到的伤害值最低的参数优化配置区间,利用随机模拟和统计计算的方法对系统在该区间内的性能稳定性进行了计算和分析,进一步保证了改进方案的可靠性。

Abstract:The paper presents a mathematical model of occupant restraint system of a mini-van in frontal impact based on software MADYMO, and the validity of this model has been validated. After sensitivity analyzing and optimizing of parameters about seat belt and airbag,in the paper the ranges are given,in which the injury values of the occupants in frontal impact are lower. Finally,the robustness of the performances of the occupant restraint system of this mini-van is calculated and analyzed, and some conclusions are given.
