乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系萃取测定椒蒿中总黄酮的含量

摘    要:采用乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系测定了椒蒿中黄酮的含量,研究了乙醇和盐的用量对双水相体系的影响,确定了最佳的双水相萃取体系.在乙醇用量为7.0mL,K2HPO4用量为1.5g的萃取条件下,用紫外分光光度法测定了椒蒿提取液中黄酮的含量.

Abstract:The total flavonoids in tarragon were determined by Et O H-K2HPO4 two-phase system, dosage of salt and ethanol effect on aqueous two-phase system were investigated. The optimal aqueous two-phase extraction conditions were: ethanol consumption was 7.0ml, K2HPO4 dosage for 1.5g, in these extraction conditions, the contents of total flavonoids from tarragon were determined by UV spectrophotometry.
