摘    要:沙棘黄酮具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、降血脂等多种药理作用。以沙棘果皮渣为原料,以沙棘黄酮提取率为指标,采用高压脉冲电场辅助提取沙棘果皮渣中的黄酮类化合物,在单因素实验基础上采用响应曲面法考察了高压脉冲电场强度、脉冲数和料液比村沙棘黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,沙棘黄酮最优提取条件为:电场强度20kV/cm、脉冲数10、料液LLI:15,此时黄酮得率为10.23mg/g,比碱提酸沉法和超声波法提取率分别提高了42%和19%。通过网归方程求解和响应曲面分析,得到了二次多项式提取回归模型,经验证实验值与模犁预测值拟合性良好。

Abstract:The total flavones of Sea buckthorn has been discovered to have many kinds of pharmacological action, such as antioxidant, antibacterial, falls the blood fats and so on. In this study, the total flavones was extracted by high voltage pulsed electric field from marc of Sea buckthom. Single factor examination and response surface analysis experiments were used to investigate the effects of electric field intensity, pulse number, material to liquid ratio on the extraction of the total flavones of Sea buckthorn. The results showed that the optimal process parameters for this method were: the electric field intensity of 20.0kV/cm,pulse frequency of 10, material to liquid ratio of 1:15. The optimized total flavones extraction yield was 10.23mg/g. Compared with alkali extraction acid precipitation and ultrasonic extraction, extraction rate increased by 42% and 19%, respectively. A predictive polynomial quadratic equation model was developed by solving the quadratic equation and analyzing the response surface plots. The pre- dicted values were in good agreement with the experimental results.
