摘    要:以市售玉米渣为原料,研究玉米黄色素浸提条件。应用统计学和模糊数学知识综合考虑,结合Plackett-Burman设计,筛选得剑提取温度,粉碎粒度和料液比3个关键因素,并采用Box—Behnken响应曲面法对提取条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为提取温度57.2℃,料液比1:10,粉碎粒度40目,在此条件下的紫外吸光度值预测值为0.5321,实际值达到了0.5955。该研究可为天然色素的提取提供参考依据。

Abstract:The research used corn residue from supermarket as test materials to research the condition for extraction of maize yellow pigment. The experiment took statistics and fuzzy mathematics into consideration, combing Plackett-Burman design and screening three major factors: temperature, particle size and material-liquid ratio. And the Box-Behnken response surface method used to optimize the extracting conditions. The result of the test showed that the optimum extraction condition was 57.2℃, material-liquid ratio of 1:10 and particle size of 40 meshes. On this condition, the predicted value ofUV absorbance was 0.5321 and the actual value reached 0.5955. This research can provide references for the extraction of natural pigment.
