低掺量聚丙烯纤维混凝土塑性收缩性能试验及其工程应用

摘    要:通过聚丙烯纤维混凝土早期塑性收缩性能试验,阐述了不同掺量(体积比为0%,0.05%,0.10%和0.15%)、不同长度(3 mm,5 mm,8 mm和15 mm)的聚丙烯纤维对混凝土早期塑性收缩性能的影响。试验结果表明,低掺量的聚丙烯纤维掺入混凝土后,可控制混凝土早期塑性收缩裂缝的产生、扩展,并能降低裂缝宽度和长度。并对实际工程采用聚丙烯纤维控制混凝土塑性收缩裂缝进行了观测,结果表明,低掺量的聚丙烯纤维可以有效地控制混凝土塑性收缩裂缝。

Abstract:By the experimental on early plastie shrinking behavior of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, this paper deseribes the effects of polypropylene fiber with different fiber dosage(0% ,0.05% ,0. 10% and 0. 15% ) and fiber 1 ength(3 ram,5 mm,8 mm and 15 ram) on concrete plastic shrinking. The experimental result show that the polypropylene fibers can effectively control production and extension of plastic shrinkage cracks in the early stage, and decrease width and length of cracks. And controlling concrete plastic shrinkage crack using polypropylene fibers in engineering was observed, the results show that low content polypropylene fiber can effectively control concrete plastic shrinkage crack.
