摘    要:从氨基酸液中分离出8株菌,命名为ZH.1—zH一8。7株属十细菌,1株属于霉菌。利用16SrDNA区序列分析并结合彤念学、生邪学特征对细菌菌株进行鉴定。其中,ZH-4为Psychrobacter,ZH-5为Lysinibacilus,ZH-6为Acrococcusviridians,ZH-7为Bacilluspumilus;ZH.3与Planococcus citrcus,ZH-2与Kocuriapalustris,ZH-1与Bacilluspumflus可能为近缘种,有待进一步鉴定。牛弹牛化鉴定结粜与模式菌株相吻合的菌株为ZH-2~ZH-7。18SrDNA区序列分析结合形态学特征鉴定ZH一8为Pcnicillium。ZH-1-ZH-8存GcnBank的登录号依次为JQ819720-JQ819726,JX192597。

Abstract:Eight strains of microorganisms were isolated from the amino acid solution, which were labeled as ZH-1-ZH-8, from which seven were bacterium and one was fungal. Strains were identified based on the 16S rDNA sequence analysis, combined with morphological and physiological characterization analysis. The results showed that ZH-4 belongs to Psychrobacter sp., ZH-5 Lysinibacilus, ZH-6 Aerococcus viridians, ZH-7 Bacillus pumilus. Strains ZH-3 and Planococcus citreus, strain ZH-2 and Kocufia palustris, and strain ZH-I and Bacillus pumilus may be colosed species, which need further identification. The physiological results indicated that strains ofZH-2 - ZH-7 were well coincident with model strain. Based on the 18S rDNA sequence analysis and morphological characterization, ZH-8 is identified as Penicillium. The accession number of the strains ZH-1-ZH-8 on GenBank is JQ819720-JQ819726 and JX 192597.
