矿渣复合胶凝材料的强度及其水化机理研究

摘    要:本课题研究的主要目的是摸索出一种矿渣水化的新方法,以便解决目前矿渣利用中存在的部分问题。通过化学分析、无侧限抗压强度、SEM电镜分析等试验,研究了矿渣复合胶凝材料的水化反应机理。结果表明,以NaCl作为激发剂的矿渣复合胶凝材料各组成成分存在最佳配比。该材料主要由工业固体废弃物组成,具有良好的力学性能,早期强度高,强度值能够达到32.5R水泥的要求。

Abstract:The main purpose of this subject is to find a new method of slag hydration, so as to solve the problem that exited in utilization of part of the slag at present. Through chemical analysis, the unconfined compressive strength and SEM analysis experiment,we studied the hydration mechanism of chloride complex binder material. The results indicated that each composition of chloride complex hinder material that it is stimulated by the NaC1 exists optimum proportion. The material is mainly composed by industrial solid waste. The materials that is mainly composed by industrial solid wastes is of good mechanical properties and the higher early strength. The compressive strength can reach 3.25 R cement requirements.
