活性炭在食用酒精除杂中的应用研究

摘    要:如何对食用酒精进行处理,使其满足新型白酒的质量要求,是促进新型白酒发展的主要措施。本论文对活性碳在食用酒精除杂中的应用进行了研究,通过正交试验确定了活性碳处理酒精的最佳工艺组合为:JT203添加量3‰,JZF添加量为3‰,处理时间36h,酒精度60%vol。研究表明,采用活性炭处理可明显的改善普通食用酒精的品质,达到是用与新型白酒生产应用的效果。

Abstract:Treatment on edible alcohol so that it can meet the need of new types of Chinese liquor is an important way for development of new type of liquor. Application of active carbon in purification of edible alcohol was studied. With orthogonal test and sensory evaluation, the optimum conditions were determined as follows, addition of JT203 and JZF by 3‰, respectively, alcohol concentration 60% vol, treatment for 36h. The results indicated that application of active carbon could significantly improve the quality of edible alcohol, meet the requirements of Chinese new type liquor.
