射频等离子体球化Ti粉体的研究

摘    要:本文采用射频(RF)等离子法对颗粒形状不规则的Ti粉进行球化处理。研究了加料速率、物料分散方式、Ti粉颗粒大小等因素对球化率的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察相应试样的形貌。结果显示,射频等离子体法是制备具有良好流动性的球形钛粉的有效技术。

Abstract:Spherical titanium(Ti) particles were obtained by heating irregularly shaped Ti powders under radio frequency plasma(RF plasma) condition.The effect of feed rate,different disperse ways and Ti particle size on spheroidization efficiency was studied,and the morphology of the Ti powders was observed under SEM befor and after plasma spheroidization.It is proved that RF plasma is a promising method for preparation of spherical titanium powders with high flowability.
