摘    要:流态化电极电沉积是处理含金属离子废水的新方法,它具有很大的阴极活性表面积和相当高的传质速度。本文介绍了利用该法从酸性废水中电沉积铜的试验情况,并进行了有关讨论,采用此法可将废水中最终铜离子浓度降到1ppm 以下。同时,还能直接回收纯度为99%以上的金属铜。

Abstract:It is a new method that the acidic waste water containing metal ions are treated by fluidized bed electride (FBE).FBE has a large surface area of the cathodic activity and a large speed of the mass transfer This paper described the experiment on the use of FBE treatment of acidic waste water containing copper and discussion of some influential conditions. Using the method,Cu~(2+) content is reduced to low values (<1ppm).At the same time,the copper is recovered by 99%.
