| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国政府投资工程项目建设标准实施现状,提出了完善我国政府投资工程建设标准实施制度的若干政策建议,即建立健全政府投资工程建设标准实施法律法规体系;实施政府投资工程建设标准实施后评价机制;实行政府投资工程建设标准实施主体各方责任追究制度;建立政府投资工程建设标准实施验收制度;建立政府投资工程建设标准实施信息公示制度;建立政府投资工程全过程跟踪审计制度。

| Abstract: | This text analyzed the existing state of the government investment project implement in our country. Some suggestions to complete the implement system of the construction standard of the government investment project were given, viz. creating and completing the law and regulation system of it; to implement the after-evaluation mechanism; to implement the responsibility running system of the main body; to create the checking and accepting system; to create the information spectacle system and the whole course tracking-auditing system. |
