燃煤飞灰对锅炉烟道气汞的吸附研究

摘    要:通过实验室模拟试验,研究了燃煤飞灰颗粒组分对于燃煤烟道气中气相汞的吸附脱除特性。试验结果表明,汞吸附量随飞灰烧失量的增长而增大,飞灰中不同类型介质的气相汞吸附特性差异显著,其中未燃尽炭吸附性能最强,吸附剂BET比表面积与其汞吸附量呈正相关关系,载气气相汞浓度与汞吸附量成非线性正相关关系,吸附温度与汞吸附量呈较显著负相关关系。燃煤飞灰炭粒所具有的多孔隙结构和巨大比表面积有利于吸附脱除烟道气中汞污染物。

Abstract:After the simulation experiments, the paper studied the sorption and removal features of gas phrases Hg in flue gas. The experiment results showed that Hg sorption value would be increased with the increasing of flying ash combusted and lost. There are great differential between the different gas phrase Hg sorption features of flying ash. The sorption of the unburned carbon will be higher than others. The BET surface are of the sorbent has positive correlation with Hg sorption value. Hg concentration of carrier phrase has a non linear positive relationship with Hg sorption value. The sorption temperature has an obvious relationship with Hg sorption value. The paper found that the porous structure and huge surface area of the coal fired fly ash particle will be suitable for sorption and removal of Hg in flue gas.
