中原油田集输管网腐蚀因素分析及防护

摘    要:针对中原油田产出水“四高一低”的特点和集输管网的不同腐蚀情况 ,分别采取了投加化学药剂、增加隔离层和选用耐腐蚀材料等措施 ,使管网的腐蚀速率降到了 0 .0 76mm/a以下 ,腐蚀穿孔数量较 5年前下降约 70 % ,使管网的生产效率得到了明显提高。

Abstract:The application of chemicals, installation of insulation layers and selection of corrosion-resistant material etc based upon the different corrosion conditions of oil gathering pipe networks has reduced the corrosion rate to less than 0.076 mm/yr. The corrosion failure is reduced by 70% as compared with that 5 years ago.
