基于软开关与磁集成技术的Cuk变换器

摘    要:介绍了一种新型Cuk变换器,它同时应用了软开关与磁集成技术,实现输入、输出电感的电流零纹波,主开关管零电压开通,从而大大减少了高频开关电源的损耗和噪声,提高系统的整体效率和功率密度。描述了该变换器的拓扑结构、工作原理、参数设计方法,并对该变换器进行仿真,仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:A novel Cuk converter using soft switching and magnetics-integration technology is proposed in this paper. The converter achieves zero voltage transition (ZVT) and eliminates the ripple current through both input and output inductors, therefore low loss, low noise, low EMI, high efficiency and high power density of the converter are easily achieved. The topology configuration, operating principle, characteristics and parameter designing of the converter are also presented. In the end, it shows the simulation of the proposed converter, and the simulation results verify the academic analysis.
