某含钼白钨矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:在矿石工艺矿物学研究基础上,对某矿石性质复杂的含钼白钨矿,采用单一浮选工艺流程,在Na2SiO3弱碱性介质中,进行硫化钼浮选,在Na2CO3和Na2SiO3碱性介质中用GYW新型氧化矿捕收剂进行白钨矿粗选。白钨粗精矿加温精选采用改进后的“彼德洛夫法”,当原矿含Mo0.08%、WO30.58%时,获得Mo品位45.5%、Mo回收率80.1%的钼精矿和WO3品位65.7%、WO3回收率75.9%的白钨精矿,钨和钼获得较好的回收。

Abstract:A certain Mo-bearing scheelite ore presents sophisticated property and contains a variety of minerals with finely-disseminated sizes and closely-associated qualities.On the basis of the study on the ore-processing mineralogy,a single flotation flowsheet is adopted.Molybdenum sulfide flotation is practiced at alkalescence medium caused by Na2SiO3 while the scheelite rough flotation is carried out at alkaline medium caused by Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 using a new type of GYW collector for oxide minerals.The improved "Petrof Method" is adopted in the cleaning operation at elevated temperature for scheelite rough concentrate.When the head ore assaying Mo0.08% and WO3 0.58% respectively,the Mo concentrate assaying Mo45.5% with Mo recovery of 80.1% and WO3 concentrate assaying WO3 65.7% with recovery of WO3 75.9% are obtained.Both molybdenum sulfide and scheelite are recovered at a relatively high rate.
