大型双锥粉料罐的有限元分析及结构改进分析

摘    要:利用Ansys软件对双锥粉料罐进行了力学分析,发现原设计中出料口处强度不足,对原来的设计提出了改进方案,并对其进行了计算分析,结果表明,改进后的设计达到安全生产的强度要求,整个系统刚度和安全系数提高.

Abstract:The two cone-shaped out-let power silo is a large storage use in the construction site,Based on the ANSYS software,we make mechanical analysis of large power silo which has two cone-shaped out-let,and find the current structure design's problems and deficiencies.In view of the intensity deficiency of the outlet the improvement suggestion was proposed.Computation was carried on the improvement scheme,the result suggested it can meet the needs of production safety,and the whole system's stiffness strength and safety factor has been improved.
