全麻联合持续硬膜外阻滞用于食道癌根治术的临床观察

目的观察持硬复合全麻用于食道根治术中血流动力学的变化与全麻作比较。方法100例择期手术病人,随机分为I组持硬复合全麻;II组:全麻组,观察心率、血压的术前、术中、术毕变化及吸入麻醉剂浓度。结果I组整个手术期间血流动力学稳定,均低于术前,且术中失血少于II组。结论持硬复合全麻用于食道癌手术较全麻更具有临床应用价值。
