| 摘 要： | 底层框架砌体结构房屋为上刚下柔的结构体系,在历次地震中屡遭破坏。文中从刚度、强度、延性几个方面对该类结构体系抗震性能进行了分析,并提出了抗震概念设计的几点建议,对于此类建筑的抗震设计具有一定的参考价值。
