| Abstract: | The outsourcing of logistics planning with the development of enterprises and logistics is drawing greater attention. The Fourth Party Logistics is introduced as a solution to outsourcing logistics planning function. Its definition and operation models are explained and evidence is provided to prove that is an efficient means to further lower the logistics costs and improve the efficiency of logistics. |
