超声电机在真空环境下的负载特性试验研究

摘    要:为了研究超声电机在真空环境下的驱动行为,设计了一套测试装置。通过该装置实现了对超声电机负载力矩的施加以及在真空环境下对超声电机转速、转矩的测量。试验结果表明,超声电机可以在真空环境下工作,但性能较常态环境下有所变化,其空载转速明显下降,堵转力矩有所增大。

Abstract:This paper presented a testing system to study the driving performance of ultrasonic motors under vacuum condition. With the testing system, the mechanical load is applied and the relationship between the mechanical load and the revolution speed of the ultrasonic motor is studied under the vacuum condition. The experiments show that ultrasonic motors can operate under vacuum condition, but the performance is different from that under general condition,its unloaded speed decreases significantly, while the stall-torque increases a bit.
