虚拟环境模拟工具在可持续发展建筑设计中的应用

摘    要:可持续发展建筑关注建筑全寿命周期的环境影响,致力于减少建筑对能源和资源的需求、减少污染物和CO2排放、改善环境,是未来的设计趋势。近年来,计算机虚拟环境模拟工具可靠性大大提高,进入实用阶段,在建筑设计,特别是早期方案阶段引入计算机模拟程序,对可持续发展建筑设计有积极意义。本文通过实例分析阐述了能源和环境模拟工具在优化建筑设计中的作用,它不仅帮助建筑师预知建筑的性能和状况,帮助建筑师对不同解决方案进行分析比较,对建筑设计发挥直接影响力,而且还能在建筑使用后研究(POE)中对建筑进行评价,针对设计缺陷提供新的解决方案。

Abstract:Sustainable development of architecture is an inevitable future trend considering its life cycle environment impact. In order to accomplish sustainable development of architecture design which could contribute to reducing pollution and improving the energy efficiency while maintaining the building performance, building virtual environment (VE) simulation and analysis tools are introduced in architecture design, especially at the initial design stage; This paper explains the role of VE simulation in the process of design and how VE simulation and analysis techniques could be used as a supporting tools in a rational and innovative manner for sustainable development of architecture design. And also, through case study, the benefits of using VE simulation tools to predict the dynamic response and performance of buildings and to access and compare the effects of different design options are discussed.
