摘    要:介绍了利用膨化、交联技术制备环保型芯砂黏结剂的方法,讨论了反应条件对黏结剂质量的影响,找出最佳反应条件及工艺配比。试验结果表明,该砂芯黏结剂与传统黏结剂相比,对环境无污染,具有优良的工艺性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the method of preparing Adhesive by expansion and intertexture of glutinous rice powder was described, The best conditions were found, This adhesive was used in casting. The results showed that the adhesive possess better technology properties and less pollute than traditional one.
