摘    要:通过对热电厂不同供热工况的分析与判断,发现存在的问题,提出改进的措施。结合具体企业的实例进行热经济性指标分析与研究,得出该企业运行的供热抽汽参数工况与设定的低参数工况接近,其中压机组凝汽发电部分的热耗高,供热、供电标准煤耗率高,汽轮机选型不够合理等结论。并为该企业提出了尽量使用煤粉炉,减少低效率的链条炉运行,降低对外供汽参数,在最小凝汽量下运行等降低供热、供电标准煤耗率的途径。

Abstract:Based on the analysis and evaluation of various heat supplying conditions for thermal power plant, the existing problems and related measures were proposed in this paper. In line with the practical experience of certain plant, the heat economy index was discussed in detail and arrived at the following conclusions. The operation conditions of heat supply and steam extraction are close to that of the given low parameters, the heat loss of the condensing generation part of IP unit is too high, the standard coal consumption rate of heat supply and power supply is somewhat high, as well as the steam turbines selection is not reasonable enough. Accordingly, the way to reduce the standard coal consumption rate for heat and power supply was proposed, such as introducing pulverized coal boiler instead of the low efficiency chain boiler, reducing the parameters of outgoing steam and operating at the least condensing conditions possibly.
