摘    要:北京中关村科技贸易中心为中关村地区标志性大型单体建筑,建筑面积19.58万m^2。施工中针对技术难点采取措施,应用创新发展了多项新技术:自渗为主、以抽为辅、抽渗结合的基坑降水技术;大钻孔桩、三道锚杆、土钉墙相结合的一整套基坑支护技术;配合监测基坑水平位移的GPS卫星定位应用技术;地下6.3m超高单侧支模技术;地下117m超长有粘结预应力张拉技术;地下地上“赛柏斯”刚性防水技术及新型模板、钢筋、混凝土等;在机电装饰工程中应用智能信息化及环保节能技术,取得了优质高效的技术经济效果。

Abstract:Beijing Zhongguancun Science, Technology and Trade Center is a big landmark building in the district with floor area of 195800 m2. In the construction, measures were taken against technical difficulties and some new technologies developed and applied, such as the combined pit dewatering technology of percolating in assistance of pumping, integral pit support technology of big bored pile in combination with 3 anchoring pile and soil-nailing wall, application of GPS satellite locating technology to monitor the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit, 6.3 m supper-high unilateral underground formwork technology, 117 m super-long underground adhesive pre-stretching technology and XYPEX rigid waterproofing technology in structures under-&-aboveground as well as new formwork, reinforcement and concrete and etc. Intellectual informatization, environment protecting and energy-saving technologies were applied in the electro-mechanical works and decoration works. All of these have achieved good technical and economical effects.
