摘    要:应用脉冲反射法进行超声波探伤时。使用当量试块或通用AVG曲线对缺陷定性、定量分析均存在一定困难。为提高探伤效率。针对一定的使用条件,通过理论计算绘制出实用AVG曲线。使用该曲线能直观方便地得出缺陷当量,可方便地调节探伤灵敏度并可对缺陷进行定性、定量评估。

Abstract:While using pulse reflection method to do ultrasonic inspection, it is difficult to analyze the defect quantificationally and qualitatively through equivalence sample and currency AVG curve. Aiming at the using conditions, a practical AVG curve was charted through theoretical calculation in order to improve flaw detection efficiency. The equivalence of defect can be easily evaluated by using practical AVG curve chart and this curve can be easily used to adjust the flaw detection sensitivity and analyze the defect quantificationally and qualitatively.
