摘    要:采用硫酸盐体系电镀Ni-Co合金镀层,考察了钴含量对合金镀层相结构的影响,并进一步研究了相结构对镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响.实验发现:随着镀层中钴含量的增加,合金镀层由面心立方结构逐渐向密排立方结构转变.干摩擦条件下,面心立方结构的Ni-Co合金镀层具有较高的摩擦系数和较差的耐磨性.相比之下,密配六方结构的合金镀层起到了很好的减摩和抗磨作用,其摩擦系数降低了2/3,磨损率降低1个数量级以上.

Abstract:The Ni-Co alloy coatings are electroplated from sulfate bath. The effects of Co content on the structure of the coatings are investigated, and further, the eff ects of phase structure on the tribological properties of the coatings are also studied. It is found from the experiments that the structure of the alloy coatin gs is converted from face-centered cube to hexagonal close-packed structure wi th increase of Co content. Under dry friction, the Ni-Co alloy coatings with fa ce-centered cube structure have higher friction coefficient and poorer wear abi lity, while those with hexagonal close-packed structure exhibit very good frict ion reducing effect and wear ability. Their friction coefficient decreases by 2/ 3 and wear rate reduces more than one order of magnitude.
