材料切削加工性的模糊聚类与模糊模式识别

摘    要:材料切削加工性是一个模糊概念,而且材料切削加工性主要受其物理-力学性能的影响.将常用材料的物理-力学性能作为样本特征,应用模糊数学理论,由计算机辅助进行模糊聚类分析,以建立群体模式,即可对未知切削性能的新材料进行模糊模式识别.此法将材料切削加工性的识别建立在数值分析的基础上,可部份替代切削试验,因此是一种实用和经济的方法.本文对材料切削性能的模糊聚类和模糊模式识别进行了详细讨论.

Abstract:The methods of the fuzzy classification analysis and the fuzzy patt-ern recognition of the machinability of materials are discussed.The mac-hinability of materials is a fuzzy concept and mainly depends on its ph-ysical-mechanical properties.Thus, the physical-mechanical properties of common materials are taken as the samples and the fuzzy classification analysis is carried out by the aid of computers so as to set up the group patterns.Then the fuzzy recognition of the machinability of the unknown materials would be carried out.This method is practical and economical for it is based on the numerical analysis and may partly replace the cut-ting tests.
