电动叉车用无刷直流电机混合制动的研究

摘    要:根据无刷直流电机(Brushless Direct Current Motor,简称BLDCM)的电气制动理论,分析并研究了用于电动叉车上的无刷直流电低速能量回馈制动方式,针对其低速时制动强度不足的缺点,对该制动方法进行了改进,提出了以回馈制动与反接制动相接合的混合制动方式.计算机仿真及电机运行实验证明,提出的混合制动方式不但能实现能量回馈,而且能缩短制动时间,还能有效地实现电动叉车的电气制动.

Abstract:Regenerative braking of Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) at low speed for electric fork-lift is analyzed based on BLDCM electric braking principle,and the braking method is improved for its disadvantage that there is not enough braking force at low speed.A mixed braking method is proposed,which is composed of regenerative braking and reverse connection braking.Computer simulation and experimental results show that mixed braking can regenerate power and shorten braking time.The mixed braking method can implement electric braking effectively.
