摘    要:在半固态AZ91D镁合金铸轧工艺试验研究中,选取机械搅拌速度、机械搅拌时间、熔体静置时间和浇铸温度作为试验因子,用正交试验法进行半固态AZ91D镁合金流变铸轧试验;用极差分析法分析了试验结果.结果表明:对半固态AZ91D镁合金组织结构的影响主次顺序为:搅拌速度、静置时间、浇注

Abstract:In the study on the process test of rehoroll-casting for preparing semi-solid magnesium alloy strip,the stirring speed,the stirring time,metal liquid contact time,pouring temperature are taken as test factors.The tests are arranged by orthogonal test method.The results of test are analyzed by maximum difference.The results show that stirring speed is the main factor to influence the semisolid magnesium alloy microstructure,the optimum parameters are obtained by orthogonal experiment.
