摘    要:本文提出用目标规划方法进行电力系统有功无功校正对策分析。这个方法利用优先等级来解决互相矛盾的多目标控制问题,在常规线性规划法有解的情况下,能绐出一组可行解,在通常线性规划方法无解的情况下,本方法也能给出目标规划意义下的尽可能优的解,为调度员提供一组校正对策的参考方案。本方法在IEEE30节点系统和东北电网102节点系统上进行了计算,证明本算法是正确的和有效的。

Abstract:In this paper, the goal programming method was introduced into the active and reactive power corrective strategy analysis of electric power systems. A priority strategy was used to deal with the multi-goal programming problem involved. This method can give a satistactory solution even when the conventional linear programming method fails to give a feasible solution and supply the system operators with a corrective control scheme. Digital tests on IEEE 30 bus and the Northeast China 102 bus system have been done to verify the validity and efficiency of the method.
