减速器减振系统结构分析

摘    要:研究减速器在满负荷工况下箱体各有限元节点的应力和位移、各减振器位置处的支反力。同时计算分析减速器在满负荷工况下,减速器在转子不平衡力作用下,减振器上下的振级落差、基础脉冲力及正弦力输入时减速器的响应。

Abstract:Under the full load status stress and displacement of every finite element node of geaxbox and its position counterforce were studied.At the same time,under the full load status and rotor imbalance force function,its vibration grade fall,basic pulse force and input its response when sine force were computed and analyzed.
