摘    要:介绍了电极设计系统功能模块的设计.根据电极设计中的基本原理和特殊要求,利用几何干涉的基本关系,提出了一种新的电极干涉检查原理,使其对电极设计中工具电极和工件之间特殊的接触状态能作出精确判断,最终达到提高电极设计精度,缩短产品制造周期的目的.

Abstract:Firstly, the designing of the basic function of designing the electrode is described in this paper. By means of the basic theory and the special demand of designing the electrode and using the relation of the interference in geometry , a new theory of the interference detection is introduced through some examples, by which the special touching state of the produce and the electrode can be gotten precision. The aim is won to increase the precision of designing the electrode and short the cycle of manu- facture.
