| Abstract: | Solid phase extraction is a kind of sample pretreatment technique which developed fast in recent years.This article mainly reviewed the theory and method of solid phase extraction.Its applications in the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in meat products were also discussed. |
