摘    要:固相萃取是近年来发展较快的样品预处理技术,文中主要阐述了固相萃取技术的基本原理及方法,并对固相萃取技术在肉制品多环芳烃分析中的应用作了综述。

Abstract:Solid phase extraction is a kind of sample pretreatment technique which developed fast in recent years.This article mainly reviewed the theory and method of solid phase extraction.Its applications in the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in meat products were also discussed.
