摘    要:运用恒电量技术对使用聚合磷酸盐配方的冷却水系统进行腐蚀监测,通过Rp、Rf等参数的分析来研究pH对聚磷酸盐操作效果的影响,能随时报道膜层的生长和维持情况,灵敏地反映水处理各阶段的腐蚀变化,为循环冷却水的腐蚀监测提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:By a coulostatic perturbation meter and a computer as on-line measurement system, the cooling water was monitored. Based on the analysis of E-T attenuation curves,relevant parameters, Rp and Rf, in equivalent circuit for the system were obtained. The factor of pH values, which affect the application of polyphosphate inhibitor in the teratment of circulating cooling water, were studied, so the situatiion of film-forming could be reported at all times, corrosion of the systems could be also reflected sensitively.
