针对尾矿库突发事件的处置与经验,本文首先回顾了国外、国内尾矿库典型事故实例,接着从洪水溃坝、坝体失稳、渗流破坏三方面论述尾矿库出现安全隐患的征兆,最后详细论述尾矿库应急抢险经验措施,主要有:防漫顶措施、防风浪冲击措施、滑坡处理措施、管涌处置措施。

Disposal and Experience for Tailing Pond Emergency

The foreign and domestic tailing pond typical accidents are reviewed in this paper firstly.And then it discusses the signs of potential hazard of tailings pond according to disposal and experience for tailing pond emergency,including flood,stability of dam and seepage.At last,the measures and experiences of rescuing tailings pond are introduced in this paper in detail,mainly including preventing overtopping,preventing storms,landslide and piping when it meets an emergency.
