多层热释电探测器的动态热释电响应

摘    要:根据热波传播的特点,采用矩阵法求解一维热传导方程,给出了多层热释电探测器的热传导模型,用矩阵形式写出了多层热释电探测器对正弦调制辐射的热释电响应。用矩阵分析的结果,讨论了绝热层对提高探测器响应的作用及对绝层的要求,分析了多层结构中各息参数对探测器响应的影响。

Abstract:According to the properties of conduction of thermal wave,one-dimension heat conduction equation is solved with matrix method. Heat conduction model of multi-layer pyroelectric detector is given.Dynamic pyroelectric response of the detector to sinusoidally modulated radiation is represented by matrices. With the results of matrix analysis,the influence of a thermal insulating layer on the improvement of the responsivity of the detector is discussed. Requirements to the thermal insulating layer are proposed. Influences of the parameters of each layer in the multi-layer detector on the performance of the detector are also discussed.
