| Abstract: | Comprehensive analyses are undertaken on the role of phosphate in food processing,the status quo of its use,and the problems existing in the establishment of standards and the implementation of control. It's suggested that food manufacturers never blindly overdose phosphate,and that the authorities concerned intensify the supervision on its use. |
