土壤中氮素反硝化作用及其动力学规律的实验研究

摘    要:本文在淹水密闭条件下对上海青浦青紫泥稻田土壤和河南新乡旱地土壤中的氮素反硝化作用及其动力学规律进行了研究。结果表明,孵化过程中NO3-N消失的同时,NH4-N含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。土壤溶液中NO3-N含量与孵化时间成指数关系,基本符合一级动力学反应方程。对0~20cm青浦土、20~40cm青浦土和河南新乡旱地土壤,其一级动力学常数分别为K≈0.21h-1、0.12h-1和0.041h-1。

Abstract:In this paper nitrogen denitrification kinetics with paddy soiil in shang hat and dry farmland soil in He Nan are studied under near-anaerobic conditions. The result shows that NO3-N disappear and NH4-N increase during incubation, amounts of NO3-N in soil solution decline exponentiially with time of incubation. denitrification appear to obey firstorder reaction kinetics. First -order kinetics rate constant are K≈0. 21hour-1、0. 21hour-1、0. 0411bour-1、respctively for0~20cm soils、20~40cm soils in shang Hai and 0~20cmsoils in Ha Nan.
