镍-铝-硼-酚四元体系催化丁二烯聚合动力学研究

摘    要:考察了 Ni(naph)_2 -(i-Bu)_3 Al-BF_3·OEt_2 -间甲酚催化体系酚、硼预混时合成(?)is-1,4-聚丁二烯的动力学行为。通过考察聚合温度、催化剂浓度对聚合活性的影响,建立了体系的动力学方程:-dBd]/dt=k_p·α·Bd]·cat]_0实验求得体系活化能 E_α=42.7kJ/mol,碰撞频率因子 Z=8.0×10~7s~(-1),并求得了有关动力学参数。温度升高,催化剂利用率、活性中心浓度、链增长速度常数升高,而产物分子量下降。


A Study on Kinetics of Butadiene Polymerization with Ni-Al-B-Phenol Quadruple Catalyst System
Abstract:The kinetics behaviour of synthesizing of cis-1,4-polybutadiene withNi(naph)_2-(i-Bu)_3 Al-BF_3·OEt_2-m-cresol catalyst system by premixing phenol withB was studied.Effects of polymerization temperature and concentration of thecatalyst on rate of polymerization were investigated.The kinetic equation wasexpressed asdBd]/dt=k_p·a·Bd]·cat]_0The apparent activation energy was 42.7kJ/mol and the collision frequency factorwas 8.0×10~7s~(-1).The kinetics parameters were obtained.The catalyst efficiency andthe concentration of active center and the rate constant of chain propagationincreased while molecular weight of the polymer decreased with increase of polymerization temperature.
