摘    要:河南电网节能发电调度技术支持系统立足于节能减排国策,注重节能减排效果与电网安全稳定运行相结合,发掘资源配置效率提升空间.通过"日前计划编制、滚动偏差调整、实时协调控制、秒级AGC多目标控制"的时序递进协调模式,搭建了先进的调度决策技术支持系统,提高了电网节能发电调度决策的前瞻性和可执行性.运行情况表明,该系统的投运提高了大容量机组负荷率和开机水平,降低了系统发电煤耗,节能减排效果和社会效益显著,实现了电网公司、发电企业和社会的多方共赢.
