W/O型聚丙烯酰胺胶乳减阻性能的研究

摘    要:研究了W/O型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)胶乳在水中的凉阻性能。探讨了聚合物合子量、聚合物溶液浓度、溶液pH值、流速等对减阻性能的影响。发现W/O型聚丙烯酰胺具有良好的减阻性能,在相同流量下,PAM水溶位的流动阻力明显小于清水流动阻力。在一定浓度范围内,随PAM浓度增加,减阻性能增加。PAM的分子量对流动阻力影响较明显,分子量大者减阻性能较高。当溶液pH值小于7时,减阻性能显著,当pH值大于7时对减阻影响较少。在相同浓度下,随流速增加,流动阻力减小。

Abstract:Drag reduction with W/O polyacrylamide latex(PAM)in water was studied in thispaper. Drag reduction is affected by various factors such as polymer molecularl weight,polymer solution concentration,solvent chelnistry, pipe diameter and flow rate. W/O polya-crylamide latex is found to have good drag reduction properties.In general,drag reductionincreases with increasing flow rate,polymer molecular weight, polymer concentration,PHvalue and viscosity of the solution.
