基于DataSocket的设备监测与故障诊断系统

摘    要:通过对国内外在设备监测与故障诊断系统的研究,从被监测设备进行远程监控的角度,提出了一种基于DataSocket的远程分布式设备监测与故障诊断系统的实现方案.利用DataSocket实现了对气轮发电机组的监测与故障诊断的仿真,开发出了操作简单、界面友好、通用化程度高的现场监测与故障诊断系统.为工业现场推广使用打下了坚实的基础.

Abstract:Through a research on the domestic and international achievement,an implementation of remotely distributed architecture devices monitoring and faults diagnosis system based on DataSocket is presented,from the perspective of remote monitoring of devices under the inspection.Simulation results of steam turbine generator-sets monitoring and faults diagnosis have been implemented by DataSocket,and the online monitoring and faults diagnosis system are designed.It has the advantages of simple operation,friendly interface and good compatibility,which lays a solid foundation for the wider application of the technique to industry enterprises.
