摘    要:胜利油田盐家地区浅层气藏天然气含气面积3.3 km2,地质储量3.18×108m3。由于该地区气藏成岩性差,胶结疏松,在生产过程中极易出砂,严重影响气井的正常生产,使气藏采收率降低,造成气田稳产难度加大。在出砂预测的基础上开展该地区浅层气藏的防砂技术研究,采用高精度滤砂管一次完井防砂工艺和高精度滤砂管砾石充填防砂工艺,改善了气藏的流通能力,为该地区浅层气藏开发提供了可靠的技术保障。

Abstract:In Yanjia area of Shengli Oil field,the area with gas in shallow gas reservoir have 3.3 km2,geologic reserves is 3.18×108 m3.Because of poor diagenesis in this zone,cementation osteoporosis,the sand produces easily in the production process,which affects gas well protection,EOR of gas reservoir reduction,and results in gas stable output more difficultly.According to producing difficulties in Yanjia gas field,based on predicting sand,the sand controlling technology in shallow gas reservoir was carried.The completion and sand controlling technology using high-precision filter sand tube and the sand control technology using high-precision sand gravel packing were studied and applied,which improved the flow capacity of gas reservoir,and provided a reliable technical support for shallow gas reservoir development in this area.
