| Abstract: | The tangential and axial velocities within film of centrifugal separator play an important part in the separation The tangential velocity plays an important part in the initial stage of separation, soon afterwards the axial velocity does The tangential velocity in various mini layers are unsynchronous with one of rotating drums This unsynchronism creates favourable conditions for dispersion and separation of particles, and it directly influences the distribution of axial velocity In the first place, the tangential velocity within film is analysed and computed, then the effect for axial velocity is analysed in this paper |
