白银熔池熔炼过程的物质分配规律

摘    要:用自由焓最小法计算了白银熔池熔炼反应平衡时各相的组成,引入物理悬浮修正公式.估算不同冰铜品位时两相的悬浮夹杂率,对平衡计算结果进行修正.计算值与实际生产数据的比较表明,白银熔池熔炼体系达到或接近平衡状态.计算了富氧熔炼时风料比和氧料比对各相组成的影响,结果表明:决定冰铜品位的主要因素是氧料比。氧料比增加时,冰铜品位提高,气相中SO2浓度增加,但渣中Fe3O4浓度增加,由悬浮夹杂造成渣中铜损失增加.

Abstract:The equilibrium compositions of Baiyin bath smelting process are calculated by the method of Gibbs energy minimization, and modified by physical suspension estimating equations. The comparison between the calculated results and commercial data shows that Baiyin bath smelting process approaches to equilibritum. It is indicated that matte grade is mainly depended on oxygen/feed ratio. With the increase of oxygen/feed ratio, matte grade and concentration of SO2 in gas raise, and the content of Fe3O4 in slags also raises, which would cause more matte to suspend in slags.
