生活垃圾焚烧厂渗沥液处理方式与分析

摘    要:垃圾焚烧厂渗沥液的特点是渗沥液内的污染物种类繁多且渗沥液的变化性大。在众多渗沥液的处理工艺中,具有代表性的是厌氧生化处理技术和MBR及其组合工艺。MBR组合工艺是现今世界上较为先进的高浓度有机废水处理工艺。上海江桥生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的渗沥液处理工程采用MBR组合工艺处理渗沥液,其效果显著,各项指标远低于国家规定的排放标准,完全达到了设计要求。该工程证明了MBR系统能适应焚烧厂渗沥液水质和水量变化大的特点,并且MBR工艺具有自动化程度高,工艺操作简单,经济实用的优点。该技术非常适应上海地区的垃圾焚烧厂的渗沥液处理。

Abstract:Leachate of household waste incineration plant has such characteristics as containing a wide range of polluants in leachate and instability of leachate quantity and quality. Anaerobic biological treatment technology, MBR and its combined technology were thought as the representative of leachate treatment processes. MBR and its combined technology is an advanced treatment pro- cess to treating high organic pollutant concentration leachate. Shanghai Jiangqiao WTE Plant applies MBR and its combined technolo- gy as its leachate treatment process, which has remarkable effect on reducing effluent quality indexes to the national emission stan- dard and reaching the design requirement. Through the project, MBR and its combined technology can fit the leachate whose quantity and quality are instability. On the other hand, MBR has advantages of highly automated, simple process operation and practical economical. MBR and its combined technology is adapt to leachate treatment process in Shanghai household waste incineration.
