摘    要:准确辨识油气悬架的非线性特征参数有利于提高车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵性能。提出了一种基于遗传算法的非线性刚度和阻尼特性曲线的无损评测方法。在建立油气悬架激励与响应测试系统的基础上,采用少数离散点来表征刚度和阻尼两条非线性特征曲线,通过遗传算法来反求离散点的值,从而通过一次测试就能无损伤地整体得到油气悬架刚度和阻尼的特征曲线。

Abstract:To improve ride and handling performance of a vehicle, the exact knowledge of the nonlinear characteristics of the hydragas suspension is very important. A methodology based on genetic algorithm was proposed for the nondestructive evaluation of the nonlinear characteristics of the stiffness and damper. Based on the excitation and response testing system of the hydragas suspension, two nonlinear characteristic curves of the stiffness and damper were represented respectively by several discrete points. Since the values of these points were identified through genetic algorithm, the nonlinear curves of stiffness and damper of the suspension were unitarily and nondestructively evaluated through once test.
