| 摘 要： | 通过对老龄居住模式变化的分析,从老人的行为活动、生理特点指出老年住宅设计中的要点。通过提高住宅的适应性,增加社区交流空间,完善社区配套设施,设计与开发适宜老人居住的＂通用性＂住宅和老年社区。
