| Abstract: | This paper introduces the classification and the research trend of fluorine-containing polyimide,focusing on the characteristics and property of trifluoromethyl and hexafluoropropyl polyimides;narrates the use of fluorine-containing polyimide in insulating coatings;and summaries the use of fluorine-containing polyimide in the areas of photoelectric materials,composites and gas separation membrane. |
